Affectionately known as the “Real Estate Doctor”, Chad is dedicated to educating and empowering his clients to make strategic, informed decisions regarding their real estate needs. He has advanced degrees in Economics and Data Analyses, providing an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise during all aspects of the real estate partnership with his clients.
A Colorado native, Chad has lived all across the Denver Metro area and Front Range. This enables him to have a very unique and thorough understanding of the varying neighborhoods and communities that his clients might be interested in exploring. He often reflects on how the Mile High City has been transformed from a "dusty, old, cow town" into its current state, where real estate ownership, property development, and community growth opportunities are seemingly endless.
Chad has the ability to connect diverse groups of individuals and communities through his relaxed, easy-going personality and genuine love for getting to know and help others. Complemented by a very detailed and data-driven approach to his work, he is a rare breed in the real estate industry. His advanced education training, and past professional experiences in philanthropic investing and community development, help Chad provide his clients with superior real estate education and customer service.
Katherine is a dedicated licensed real estate executive assistant with nearly three years of experience in the industry. Prior to her current role, she spent six years in the mortgage industry, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the financial aspects of real estate.
A native of Lakewood, Colorado, Katherine brings a unique local perspective to her work. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate market with ease and confidence.
In her free time, Katherine enjoys a variety of hobbies that enrich her life. She is an avid dog lover, a flower enthusiast, and a culinary explorer with a keen interest in discovering new foods. Music is a significant part of her life, and she loves traveling to new places, always eager to experience different cultures and environments.
Stella Nash retired in January 2017 after 39 years with the USDA Food and Nutrition Service, where she served as Regional Nutrition Director for the Mountain Plains Regional Office, overseeing nutrition programs across 10 states and 30 Indian Tribal Organizations.
A Registered Dietitian, Stella earned her B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, an M.S. in Nutrition Education from NYU, and completed her Dietetic Internship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. She also studied Rural Sociology at Penn State University.
Notable achievements include representing the U.S. at the 2005 International Congress on Nutrition in South Africa, receiving the Rocky Mountain Eagle Award (2016) and Outstanding Dietitian of the Year by the Colorado Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (2016), and being honored for 50 years as a Registered Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (2017).
Stella is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., since 1962, and was awarded the Irma Kelly Hudson Award for community service in 2018. She serves on the boards of LiveWell Colorado and Montbello 20/20, and remains active in volunteer work.
