Beginning Our Home Search Journey
Most home searches begin and end with your local MLS. Not with us. We will scour every tool available to us to find your hidden gem, including - Coming Soons, Private Exclusives, For Sale By Owners (FSBOs), social media/private real estate groups, personal networks, Zillow, REDFIN, REALTOR.com, etc.
Writing a WINNING Offer
During this stage, we will research all available comps in the area, plus market data, to make an informed and logical decision regarding offer price. We will then turn on our schmoozing hats to network with the listing agent on the other side, prior to submitting your offer. As the old saying goes, "It is not always what you know, but WHO you know", and this holds true in real estate as well. The relationships that we build with other agents matter.
The Escrow Process and Getting to Closing
Once your offer gets accepted, you can now leave the hard work to us. We will assist you in the earnest money delivery, coordinate inspections, help to schedule appraisal, and set up your FINAL CLOSING!
Furthermore, through our exclusive RE-DOC Experience Program, our team will set you up with complimentary new home design services, help to coordinate moving/packing services, schedule complimentary home cleanings, and even FEED you on the day that you move-in to your new home!
